Tash is a Corporate Sales Executive with ECN. Her role involves working with potential customers and understanding their unique business operation, challenges and goals. Tash then evaluates the available ECN solutions that will directly deliver against those challenges and goals to bring real outcomes for her customers.

Tash is passionate about learning about and helping her customers improve their business. If you call our sales team there’s a good chance you’ll be speaking with Tash so good thing she loves a chat!

Lisa Gooch

Account Manager

In 2020 Lisa took over as Account Manager, looking after our Corporate clients and ensuring all aspects of their experience with ECN are enjoyable and beneficial to their business.

With over 16 years experience in customer service and the last 6 years in the telecommunications industry, Lisa has developed strong relationships with key people in the sector which gives her the competitive edge when those out-of-the-box problems arise.

In her spare time Lisa is an active member of the outrigging community and has competed at national level with her two children who are also active in the sport.

Liam Culverhouse

Senior Corporate Account Manager

Liam is our Senior Corporate Account Manager and the longest serving member of ECN's staff. Liam comes from a professional background in Information Technology and Communications, holding a range of qualifications. Liam has the important role of managing and advocating for our Corporate clients, ensuring all aspects of their experience with ECN are enjoyable and beneficial to their business.

Liam continually works to refine the whole ECN experience from billing, to service, to upgrades, to relocations. Liam also works to understand the future needs and business plans of his customers and then advocates for his customers to assist in ECN’s future solution development.

Dan Walters

Technical Support, Level 1

Dan is Level 1 Tech Support and is usually on the phone most of the day providing excellent customer service to customers and clients. With a passion for network systems, Dan enjoys finding solutions to technical issues and is constantly learning and developing his skills to progress further in his role. When Dan is not studying (which takes up most of his time) he enjoys watching movies, gaming, and following the tennis.

Fred Ooko

Technical Support, Level 1

Fred joined the ECN family as Tech Support Level 1 in 2018 and considers himself very fortunate to work in an exciting and rewarding atmosphere at ECN Technology. As IT Support, Fred is driven by excellence and faithful service and is a believer that ‘there is no substitute for hard work’. With a jovial and positive outlook Fred livens up the ECN team and is often found cooking up a storm at lunch for his colleagues.

Prior to joining ECN Fred has worked as a high school Maths and Physics teacher, and is proud to have set a few years aside in recent years to help his brother build schools and hospitals in South Sudan. A testament to his hard-working and compassionate attitude to life.

Sean Dalton

Technical Support, Level 2

Sean has worked in ECN's Technical Support team since 2014, supporting the full range of ECN Voice, Data and Cloud products. He is an avid coffee drinker and insists on drinking three flat whites a day. Outside of work Sean enjoys spending time with his family and getting away from the computer screen.

Ben Powell

Ben has been a member of the ECN Technical Support for over 3 years. With a love for new technology and a passion for customer service, ECN customers often find themselves in interesting conversations with Ben as he troubleshoots and fixes technical issues. Out of work Ben enjoys going off the beaten track with his 4WD and camping in new places around Australia.
