How much data does my business need?
This will depend on your business size and requirements. As your needs may change as your business grows you have the flexibility to change plans to one that better suits your requirements.
What happens if I go over my limit?
If you go over your monthly data limit your service will not be slowed down. Excess data will instead be charged at $10 for every GB you use over the limit, meaning you always stay connected and don’t experience latency.
What happens once my order is placed?
You will receive regular updates via phone, email and SMS on the progress of your order. We will also provide a connection date for you service. Order progress is also available via the myECN portal.
How long does it take to complete my order?
We will provide you a connection date for each of your services. The following table outlines typical completion times, please note this is only a guide.
nbn^TM: 3-10 business days
Fibre400/1000: 2-6 weeks
myCloudPBX: 1-3 business days
Number Porting: 7-24 business days
When will my address be nbn^TM ready?
Where you are located will determine when nbn^TM will be ready in your area. Rollouts are continuing into 2019 and 2020 and you can check here rollout for your area.
